Chloe obtained her Diploma in Physiotherapy under the scholarship award by the National Heart Centre Singapore in 2013. She began her career in acute settings, and gained experience in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. In 2015, under the Social Service Award by the National Council of Social Services, Chloe obtained her physiotherapy degree from Trinity College of Dublin. She specialised in paediatric and neurodevelopmental conditions with a social service agency under the NCSS for four years. Chloe is a certified paediatric aquaticist, and is skilled in manual handling techniques in the water. In 2019, she presented about hydrotherapy at the International Society of Early Intervention in Sydney.
Outside of work, Chloe is passionate about disability sports and is a Boccia Classifier sponsored by Singapore Disability Sports Council. Her exposure in both acute and community settings provided her a good foundation in rehabilitation management.
