The essential components of the EEWP is as follows:

  • Face-to-face counselling and Online/Hotline counselling services - This service provides your employees immediate access to professional assistance at a time convenient to them or during moments of crisis. Our counsellors are professional and helpful and will provide a completely confidential service.
  • Lifestyle and Health Survey to provide both a physical and mental health status inventory - This survey will provide information on stress levels, information about the employees' physical health to identify changes that have taken place and issues involving any major lifestyle factors such as smoking, diet, obesity, physical activity, and alcohol consumption.
  • Consultancy services with delivery of outcomes and recommendations - Recommendations and strategies can be presented after gathering a Corporate Health Profile based on the findings of the survey and information gathered through interviews with key personnel.
  • Customised Mental Health talks/workshops - Talks/Workshops conducted by our specialists are workplace focused and will assist with identification and resolution of employee concerns which affect or may affect their performance.
  • Train the trainer - Our experienced trainers are able to transfer their knowledge and skills to your staff so that they can in turn train and manage a team to meet the same objectives. Series of workshops includes: Mental health first aid skills, Crisis management and trauma intervention, Building skills for mental resilience, Heartskills for leaders
