Cancer- Keep it At Bay! starts from 2 to 5pm. Registered participants are to sign in to collect goody bags before 1.45pm. Participants who wish to come for Pre-event fair should arrive by 1.00pm, where you get to know more about Raffles Chinese Medicine, Raffles Cancer Centre and Raffles Health.

Fee: $10 per attendee includes goodie bag and refreshments ($9 per attendee for POSB/DBS cardholders)
Payment will be done at via the following:
i) By Cheque
(POSB/DBS cardmembers will enjoy special ticket price of S$9 per person)Please send crossed cheque payable to Raffles Hospital Pte Ltd. Kindly write registrants' name and mobile number at the back of cheque and mail to: Hospital Marketing (Ref: Better Health Forum) Raffles Hospital, 585 North Bridge Road Singapore 188770. Members need to present card for verification during event day.
All mailed cheques must reach us by 1st October 2010.
ii) By Cash
(POSB/DBS cardmembers will enjoy special ticket price of S$9 per person)Kindly make payment at Raffles Health Retail Pharmacy, Level 1 Raffles Hospital. Operating hours: 8.00am to 6.45pm (Mon- Fri) and 8.00am to 5.00pm (Sat).
All payments must be made by 1st October 2010.
Early bird gifts are for the first 50 attendees who have registered and paid.
There will be no refund once payment is made.
It is theatre-style free seating, first come first serve. Registered participants should be seated by 2.00pm in Room 303-305, Suntec Convention Centre Level 3.
